ABOUT ME

Currently a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Australian Women's 7s Rugby Team. I've been a Strength and Conditioning Coach in the athletic arena since 2002, working at all levels from amateur to professional in a variety of sporting codes. With a particular interest in long-term athlete development (LTAD), I've gained a quality understanding of the process and what it takes to not only make it in sport, but to produce individuals of good character along the way. Having progressed from the development setting to now a national program in the professional arena.

I'm a passionate coach, striving to not only produce my personal best, but positively influence and relate to others along the way. I started this page to share insights and lessons learned throughout my coaching journey.

The world of sport is an often confusing one, and it doesn't need to be. With ease of access to quality information, you as a parent should be able to make more informed decisions regarding your child's sporting endeavours, and thus enhance their development as an individual!

I'd love to have been involved (if only a glimpse) in that journey...

Cheers,

Parnzy
